Shahi Daal

1 cup of chana daal.
1 lb of goat meat
1 tblspn of imli (Tamarind paste)
1/2 box of Shahi Daal mix (Ahmed)
1 big onion
1 jalapeno
Do not add additional salt because the shahi daal mix has salt in it,
taste the final product and then add some salt if need be.

1)Cook the meat in the pressure cooker for 7 min with some Garlic and ginger.
2)Chop the onion and jalapeno
3)Cook the daal and the onions, pepper, tamarind, shaahi daal mix and meat with 3 cups of water.  Make sure you cook it in the pressure cooker on medium heat, cook the mix for 8 to 10 min.
Open the cooker and check, after it cools a little, and add more water and cook some more if need be, the daal should be soft.
